Growing up in school I was always the shortest and smallest, weighing just 53 kg at 16. At 18 I finally matured and weighed 65 kg, this was just due to growing 4 inches in height. I began my university life and now it was a reason to get involved in the gym, like any other guy, I wanted that beach body. Throughout my 4 years there was minimal diet and knowledge of how to lift and what exercises to do. Gym sessions were irregular, consistent one week then inconsistent the next, often doing the same exercises and doing the same workouts.
2013 I got more consistent in the gym and eating better, I finally started to see improvements which got me excited, I had an image in mind of what I wanted to achieve and was determined. After graduation I vowed to educate myself on everything and anything fitness; diet, nutrition, workouts, types of exercises, muscles, supplements, most importantly to be consistent in the gym. A year later in 2014 I was true to my word, forever learning and being consistent, I gained lean muscle and weighed 75 kg which lead me to compete in my first physique competition. That same year I competed in London, at Miami Pro Universe in the Junior Fitness model category, placing in the Top 5!
